“A recent customer purchased our “Premier A3” lift chair. Our customer tested the seat before purchasing. They found that the seat cushion, designed for a 250kg load, was too hard for their liking.
At a small additional cost we altered the seat cushion to a softer foam and the customer was very satisfied with the result.”
